By accessing and using the One Buck dating application (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on One Buck for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- • Modifying or copying the materials
- • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
- • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- • Creating fake or impersonated accounts
- • Collecting or tracking personal information of others without consent
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
- • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users

5. Payment Terms
One Buck charges a one-time payment of $1 USD for full access to the Service. Payment is processed through Stripe and is final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you authorize One Buck to charge your payment method.
6. Limitation of Liability
The materials on One Buck are provided on an 'as is' basis. One Buck makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Termination
One Buck may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which One Buck operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
